Job Overview
We are looking for a Guidewire Development Lead – PolicyCenter to lead high-priority projects and make an immediate impact. This is a senior technical role focused on end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and migrations (on-premise to SaaS).
• Own design and development of PCFs, business rules, data models, and GUnit testing.
• Drive integrations with external/custom portals using REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Provide technical leadership across PolicyCenter V10 SaaS implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in P&C insurance programs.

Experience

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Proven experience implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier 1 insurers.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations (Personal or Commercial Lines).
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter V10 SaaS or SaaS migration.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Data Access (CDA), GOSU, REST APIs, integrations, and batch frameworks.
• Deep P&C insurance domain knowledge.
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
