Head of Development – Lead a Cool Tech Team in Insurance

We’re working with a software company in the Insurance world looking for a laid-back but sharp leader to run their small team of 3 developers.

If you’re after a fresh challenge and want to keep coding while managing, this could be your next gig.

What you’ll be doing:

• Steering the technical direction of their platform
• Managing a tight team of 3 devs
• Spending about 60% of your time coding and 40% leading

What we’d like from you:

• Experience with .NET
• Comfortable with Azure
• Familiar with ISO27001 standards

The deal:

• £80,000 salary
• Hybrid working — office in London, but only need to pop in twice a week
