Role Purpose

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O developer solution is a business facing position that helps to deliver industry leading solutions. The role will support and facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of XXX software systems. This role is expected to continually build product knowledge and work as part of the Dynamics Enterprise team, using product delivery and self-managed learning to continue progression within the team.  This is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamics solutions from project life cycle to on-going support.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality control of all your deliverables
• Assisting during workshops on business processes and business requirements documentation
• Business and systems analysis and documentation
• Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
• Application configuration and setup
• Provide system training to both internal and external clients
• Development and delivery of testing strategies
• Liaising with in-house and partner development teams to deliver robust solutions on time 
• Managing change control
• Develop professional and technical skills, achieving relevant certifications
• Any other duties in line with your role and as requested by your manager

Person Specification

Qualifications and Experience  

• Substantial Dynamics 365 F&O up to date experience
• .Net framework, Visual Studio and Object orientated design
• Azure
• Strong functional skills in 3-4 of the following areas within Microsoft Dynamics:
• Procurement and Sourcing
• Supply chain Management
• Sales and Marketing
• Product and BOM management
• Manufacturing (Discreet, Process or Lean)
• Retail
• Planning and Forecasting
• Warehousing and Transportation

• Have an understanding of assimilating information from various sources
• Demonstrate commercial awareness
• Be Microsoft Dynamics accredited
