Pearson Carter are working with a world expert in hand-building junior cars. They create beautiful vehicles that allow the joy of driving to be shared across generations and are admired by collectors. They have an international client base which is managed on their MS Dynamics CRM system and are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of this as the company undergoes exponential growth on a global basis.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute and optimise targeted automated email journeys to aid UHNWI lead generation, sales conversion and client retention.
• Continuously analyse data, making recommendations for new campaigns to aid new sales, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Oversee the development of a customer lifecycle journey, identifying touchpoints, opportunities, recommendations and strategies at each stage.
• Management of our global CRM strategy across email in alignment with business objectives.
• Create highly engaging and personalised email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results.
• Develop reporting dashboards for Senior Management to enable KPI’s to be measured accurately and determine ROI.
• Be the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, providing daily support for other team members.
• Ensure best practices for users of Microsoft Dynamics, creating Definition Handbooks and Quick Start Guides and user training where required.
• Analyse and monitor data quality and segmentation opportunities, ensuring all data feeds are GDPR compliant.
• Build effective relationships with all stakeholders across the business.

Experience

• Ideally, they want someone with ideally 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM OR worked in a similar role.
• This person should be able to handle stakeholders and board members smoothly.
• It’s a role that involves customisations and configurations and working closely with both marketing and sales teams.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £55k and includes benefits such as:

• 25 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays
• Opportunity for equity ownership / stock options and compensation will increase as they grow

Location

This company is headed up in London where you will be expected onsite 3-4 times a week.
