Hybrid IT Project Manager £60k (12-month FTC)

Pearson Carter are working with an established company within the Real Estate industry who supply office spaces to allow their clientele to thrive and grow their business. They work with companies such as fashion giants to trendy start-ups allowing them to bring their own culture to their 77 properties had in London and the South East. They are seeking an IT Project Manager to work on a 12-month FTC to lead and deliver a new and exciting Dynamics 365 CRM online project and help the company transition from their old CRM system to the new one.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lead project to ensure successful delivery of the project, including managing timelines, budget and scope.
• Manage and monitor the project progress, ensuring that milestones are met.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely updates on the project to the broader teams.
• Identify project issues and risks and work with the business to resolve.
• Develop and maintain project plan and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external controls.
• The role will mainly cover the software development team, however there will be elements working with the wider technology team.

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Experience delivering a Dynamics 365 CRM migration and Implementation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to manage a cross functional project team and smaller workshops with different departments.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Project management qualification e.g Prince, Agile or equivalent.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £60k.

Location

This company has their head office based in London where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, 2-3 times a week.
