Hybrid Software Developer – £45,000

Pearson Carter are working with a UK-based development company that specialise in data capture and communication software solutions. They deliver innovative products to the telecommunications sector and have developed a GDPR solution allowing their clientele to manage their communications and meetings.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Developer located in Chelmsford, with the flexibility for some remote work. The developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet the needs of their clients. They will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to design, implement and maintain software solutions.

Experience

• Full working knowledge of C#, Node.js, Vue3 with 2+ years’ experience in all of them.
• Experience with OAuth/SSO.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL and MySQL.
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with telecommunications software development is a plus.

Salary + Benefits

They offer an excellent salary up to £45,000 and includes benefits such as:

• £40,000 – £45,000 based on experience and ability.
• 25 days annual leave.
• Health package (including 1 x ‘wellbeing’ day a month – effectively an addition 12 days holiday per year).
• Hybrid working (1 day in the office at Chelmsford per week) – You must be able to drive as we are located in a rural location without public transport links.

Location

The company has an office based in Chelmsford and you’ll be expected on-site once a week.
