Responsibilities

• 2nd line support of D365 and other legacy software
• Engage with BA’s and Developers
• Root cause analysis 

Experience

• Knowledge/experience of D365
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• SQL, SSRS reporting and SharePoint experience

Salary

The salary bracket for this role is up to £33,000 depending on experience. 

Location

Hybrid role, office is in Southampton.
