IT Applications Support Analyst – National End User – Southampton – Up to £35,000

Pearson Carter are working with an established End User based in Southampton. Due to their large-scale digital transformation, they’re looking for a IT Applications Support Analyst to join their talented team in Southampton.

This is an exciting opportunity to support up 700 employees and users on their MS stack and hardware, including D365. You should have a strong technical/helpdesk background along with strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience:

• Microsoft stack experience
• D365 CE CRM experience good to have
• 1st & 2nd line support experience
• Strong Customer Service/communication skills

Salary: 

In return they are offering a salary up to £35,000 in addition to a strong benefits package.

Location:

This role is based from their Southampton office 1-2 days p/w with the rest working remotely from home.
