IT Field Service Analyst – Cardiff – Up to £27,000

Pearson Carter are working with an established Law Firm Based in Cardiff.

They require a field service analyst to join the team on a full-time basis, attending the office 5 times a week.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the hardware and software systems
• Assisting with the MS Stack.
• Applying existing analyst based experience.

Experience:

• Previous support experience with the MS stack
• Hardware support experience
• Good people/customer service skills

Location

You would be expected to attend the office in Cardiff 5 Days a week/
