IT FIELD SERVICE ANALYST – CARDIFF – UP TO £27K!! Full Time Permanent

Pearson Carter are working with an established Law Firm Based in Cardiff. They require a field service analyst to join their growing internal IT division and provide support to software and hardware stack.

This is a great opportunity for a young and motivated professional to take the next step in their career!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the hardware and software systems
• Assisting with the MS Stack.
• Applying existing analyst based experience.

Experience:

• Previous support experience with the MS stack
• Hardware support experience
• Good people/customer service skills

Location

This role is full time onsite, with requirement to attend their Cardiff office 5 times per week.

Salary:

They are offering a salary up to £27,000, plus an excellent benefits package. They are also offering training for qualifications such as ITIL V4 and training in Power BI.
