IT Field Services Analyst – Cardiff – Up to £27k! Full Time Permanent

Pearson Carter are working with an incredibly reputable Cardiff based law firm. They require an a field service analyst to join their growing internal IT division and provide support.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the hardware and software systems
• Assisting with the MS Stack.
• Applying existing analyst based experience.

Experience:

• Previous support experience with the MS stack
• Hardware support experience
• Good people/customer service skills

Location

This role would require you to be onsite 5 days per week. 

Salary:

They are not only offering a salary up to £27,000, but also excellent benefits package and the opportunity to train for qualifications such as ITIL V4.
