IT Helpdesk Manager – £45,000

They offer customers a range of the best market-leading products and services to streamline complex business processes and increase efficiency.
They need an IT manager that understands what a high performing team is, to play a key role in driving the success of 20 engineers strong, IT support team. As an IT Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the helpdesk team.
They offer an excellent salary package of up to £45,000 + Benefits like 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays = 36 days holiday total, Option to sell back holiday, Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, Free lunches, Casual business dress code, Christmas Thank You Bonus and length of service eligibility criteria
The IT Helpdesk Manager client has an office based in Scunthorpe and expecting office travel 5x a week whilst in probation (first few months) and this will go down to a hybrid model after.
