IT Helpdesk System Supervisor, Leeds – £40k

Pearson Carter are currently with a Global Construction/Infrastructure focused Consultancy who are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and develop the IT Helpdesk environment.
• Oversee the different help desk support staff’s daily activities.
• Supervise and monitor all open tickets and identify overdue issues.

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in a IT Support Environment
• Hands on experience of operating a helpdesk environment
• Delivering a quality IT experience in-line with ITIL

Salary:

Competitive salary of up to 40,000 depending on experience

Location

Office is based in Leeds and is fully office based 5 x a week.
