IT Helpdesk System Supervisor

Pearson Carter are happy to be partnering with a Global Construction Consultancy in their search for an IT Helpdesk System Supervisor

Within this role the IT Helpdesk System Supervisor is required to oversee and report on the day-to-day operations of the global Help Desk environment and ensure that appropriate assistance is being received in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and develop the IT Helpdesk environment
• Oversee and guide the help desk support staff in their daily activities ensuring timely and professional delivery of technical support, and call management
• Liaise with stakeholders in the business at both a technical and non-technical level

Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced end-user IT support environment

Salary

Up to £35k – DOE

Location – Leeds
