IT Infrastructure Specialist | £55,000 | London/Leeds

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Global Construction Consultancy who are in search of a Strong Infrastructure Specialist with Deep Microsoft Tech knowledge to join their growing team! My client has had a big IT investment and because of this they’re looking to get started on some exciting new projects. The company has projects with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, D365 and Office365 which you will get trained on.

For this role, you would be responsible for assisting with the migration from On-Premises to Microsoft Azure in which they are looking for those with experience in AD, Windows, 365, and Virtual Machines.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the ongoing migration from on-premises into a cloud environment (Azure)
• Develop and maintain infrastructure projects.
• Respond to 2nd/3rd help desk queries and provide suitable resolutions.
• Manage the security of data & IT systems.
• Perform weekly maintenance, servers, and log checks to ensure it is all well patched.
• Implement and manage AD/Group Policy management.

Experience:

• On-premises experience
• Windows, Active Directory, and Virtual Machines experience NEEDED.
• Experience in installing and supporting storage solutions.
• Previous experience working within a hybrid environment (on-premises & azure)
• Knowledge of networking services – LAN/IP

Salary:

They are offering salaries up £55,000 along with health care packages, car allowances and many more!

Location:

They have offices based in both Leeds & London towards the centre.

This would be a fully onsite role to begin with in which it would then become hybrid.

5 x a week in Leeds or London office.
