We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with deep ERP expertise to lead, optimize, and support our core business systems. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of our ERP platform, guide system improvements, and ensure technology supports operational and financial excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP system.
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to translate business needs into system enhancements.
• Manage ERP vendors, external development partners, and internal support resources.
• Oversee system configuration, user access, data integrity, and security controls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal downtime.
• Support integrations with other business platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
• Drive documentation, change management, testing, and training activities for upgrades and new releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system performance improvements.

What You Bring

• Strong experience managing or administering enterprise ERP systems (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Solid understanding of finance and operations workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with reporting tools, integrations, and database concepts is a strong advantage.
