IT Support Desk Technician – Leicester – £28,000
Pearson Carter is working with a client who offers a lot of career progression and works with Microsoft, CRM and Azure. You must be able to travel to Leicester 5 times a week.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the flow of support tickets using the Helpdesk system
-Allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT team member
-Resolve technical support queries received either by phone, e-mail or our Helpdesk system
-Be a consistent point of contact for the business to report IT problems to
-Take ownership of support problems and to be proactive when dealing with user issues
Experience:
-Experience with Microsoft operating systems
-Experience with PC hardware and configuration
-Experience with Office 365.
Location: Leicester
Salary: up to £28,000 + Benefits
