IT Support Engineer – £35,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established end user who are recruiting for a IT Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Priorities incidents and service requests
• Work and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Ensure changes and service requests are raised
• Maintain accurate records

Experience:

• Experience delivering customer center ICT service
• Experience with KPIs and SLAs
• service desk incident management tool experience
• supporting key business application experience

Salary

The salary is up to £35,000 per annum
