Job Requirements:

• Applicable industry experience with IT Service Desk, desktop, network, and/or systems troubleshooting and support
• Lead in the support and continuous improvement of highly available systems and network
• Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Windows Infrastructure
• Architecture of Data Center level enhancements and new technologies
• Act as an escalation point for the infrastructure and Service Desk teams in troubleshooting issues
• Initiate & manage support tickets with hardware and software vendors
• Maintain updated network and systems documentation and diagrams as needed
• Career progression development including job specific certifications, vendor training, and conferences
• Microsoft DQL, Exchange, Azure, Dynamics AX, MS Office Applications, Server Virtualization, Windows Server Operating Systems, Powershell
