Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to hire a Lead Backend/ Full Stack Engineer to lead one of their product squads.

They offer a base salary of £60,000 – £70,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead of 3 product squads internally
• Time split between coaching BE devs and steering backend architecture
• New development within a microservices architecture

Experience:

• C#
• .NET Core and Web API
• Microservices
• SQL and NoSQL
• Azure
• React
• AI

Salary

They offer an excellent salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Location

This client has an office in Solihull however they’re offering hybrid working.
