D365 BC Lead Consultant – £75k

THE COMPANY:

Fast-growing software consultancy with a strong UK presence, delivering across Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce environments. Supporting organisations across fashion, retail, and hospitality, with a focus on high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and long-term client success. The business has scaled rapidly from 40 to 200 employees in the last 2 years and promotes a flexible working culture with strong emphasis on work-life balance.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a D365 BC Implementation Consultant to join the delivery function.

Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts

Oversee business as usual support and ongoing client success

Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams

Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement

THE CANDIDATE:

Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead

Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role (5 years)

Experience in a senior / lead capacity

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing module

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience

Functional with hands-on delivery and implementation experience

THE OFFER:

£75,000

5% pension

23 days annual leave

Private medical cover (family)

Expenses paid for client site travel

Hybrid working – 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months
