Our client, a VC-backed D2C/B2B2C Fintech startup who is looking for a Lead Senior Developer to spearhead their product development of a cutting-edge platform built on React, Node, React Native, and other technologies.
As a Lead Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing our clients technology strategy, managing and growing their in-house engineering team, and working closely with outsourced partners to maximize delivery. If you have experience managing teams, a strong background in developing mobile apps with React Native, and expertise in both front and back-end development with React and Node, this role is for you.
In return, our client offers a competitive compensation, including a salary up to €80,000, generous stock options, a pension scheme, IT equipment to support your work, and an annual €500 learning and development budget.
