Lead Service Desk Engineer – Global End User – London – Up to £45,000
Pearson Carter are working with an established, global End User based in central London. They’re seeking a Lead Service Desk Engineer to join their talented team of three.
This is an exciting opportunity to support up 700 employees and users on their MS stack and hardware. You should have a strong technical/helpdesk background along with strong customer service and communication skills.

In return they’re offering an attractive salary up to £45,000 in addition to a strong benefits package including 15% annual bonus.
Location:
This role is a hybrid role, working 2 days’ a week from their central London office.
