    Managed Service Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform – up to £75K

    Job/Company Overview:
    A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is seeking a Managed Service Consultant to support and enhance Bespoke CRM Systems and Custom Business Solutions, built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

    This organisation is values-driven, with a strong focus on Accountability, Excellence, and Collaboration. You’ll be joining a team of Microsoft technology specialists dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for a diverse client base.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support clients through a Managed Service Helpdesk, including break/fix cases, change requests, system administration, and training.
    • Triage and manage cases, gather client requirements, and design/document changes (up to 5 days in scope).
    • Deliver functional and technical changes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
    • Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their systems and business goals.
    • Stay current with Microsoft product updates and integrate new functionality where beneficial.
    • Collaborate within a team environment and assist colleagues when needed.

    Experience Needed:

    • Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or in a Managed Service environment.
    • Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CE applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Familiarity with JavaScript and C# plug-ins (preferred but not essential).
    • Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and teamwork abilities.
    • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and development.

    Location:
