THE ROLE:Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Automation & Webflow Developer is a hands-on technical role responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of marketing technology platforms.The role will focus across three key areas:Automation & Integrations

THE ROLE:Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Automation & Webflow Developer is a hands-on technical role responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of marketing technology platforms.The role will focus across three key areas:Automation & Integrations
- Build and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n.
- Develop integrations between websites, CRM, DMS, email, booking platforms and other business systems.
- Configure APIs, webhooks, authentication methods and data transformations using JSON and JavaScript.
- Maintain lead-routing workflows to ensure customer enquiries reach the correct dealership teams.
- Implement monitoring, error handling and troubleshooting processes.
- Manage vehicle inventory synchronisation between AutoPlay, Client websites and external advertising platforms.
- Maintain XML, JSON and API-based feeds.
- Investigate and resolve data accuracy, timing and integration issues.
- Build and maintain Webflow websites, landing pages, campaign pages and forms.
- Develop CMS structures, reusable components and dynamic content using the Client-First framework.
- Troubleshoot website functionality, performance, publishing and responsive issues.
- Manage domains, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, hosting and GitHub repositories.
- Support tracking implementation including Google Tag Manager, GA4 events and marketing pixels.
THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will be a technically minded problem solver who enjoys understanding how systems connect and improving how data moves through an organisation.You will bring:
- 4 years’ experience in automation, integrations, marketing technology, web development or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Webflow development experience (2 years), including CMS, responsive builds and Client-First methodology.
- Experience building production workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication methods.
- Practical HTML, CSS and JavaScript capability.
- Experience with website forms, lead routing and data mapping.
- Knowledge of domains, DNS, Cloudflare, hosting and website troubleshooting.
- Experience with GitHub or version control systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
