A well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to expand its Dynamics 365 practice following continued business growth and a number of major project wins.Specialising in industry-focused Microsoft solutions, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join an experienced delivery team working across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform.

This is a highly customer-facing consultancy role where you’ll lead workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions for customers. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Act as the trusted advisor for customers throughout project delivery
• Produce functional documentation and solution designs
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have:

• 2 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant
• Previous Microsoft Partner consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Confidence leading customer workshops and gathering business requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple client projects
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
