We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital consulting practice that’s expanding its Microsoft Dynamics delivery capability. This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead technical delivery, shape solution design, and mentor development teams within a dynamic Microsoft Partner environment.

As the Technical Architect, you’ll be hands-on with solution design and integrations while collaborating with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture of Microsoft D365 F&O implementations
• Guide and mentor developers, promoting coding standards and best practices
• Design, manage, and optimise system integrations and data flows
• Oversee release cycles, ensuring quality and alignment with requirements
• Support project managers with technical input, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Occasionally contribute to coding and hands-on technical tasks

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Solid understanding of F&O ecosystem, infrastructure sizing, and deployment
• Experience with D365 migration projects and systems architecture
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills – both technical and business-facing
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing presence
• Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications are highly desirable
• Must hold a valid EU work permit or be eligible to relocate to Malta

Malta (Hybrid) — Relocation opportunity available across Europe, including from nearby regions such as Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkans.
