Microsoft D365 F&SCM - Sales Representative €80,000 + €30,000 OTE

A global Microsoft Solutions Partner and software provider is continuing to expand its commercial team across Europe.

With a strong presence in the Microsoft ecosystem, the business develops industry-leading solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Supporting customers across multiple sectors, they are investing in ambitious sales professionals to drive continued growth.

We are hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

This is a highly commercial role focused on developing new customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations.

• Develop new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Build strong relationships with customers, Microsoft Partners, and key stakeholders
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events where required

We’re looking for a motivated software sales professional with experience developing new business within the DACH market.

• 2–4 years’ experience selling enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS solutions
• Experience selling into Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Strong business development and prospecting skills
• Experience managing consultative software sales cycles
• Confident presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive new business mindset

• German language skills
• Microsoft Dynamics or ERP software sales experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Partners or channel sales

• €80,000 base salary
• €20,000–€30,000 OTE
