Pearson Carter are currently working with an End user based in London who are looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Manager

This company is continuously growing and therefore they are currently looking for a CRM Manager to maintain and enhance their CRM system in line with business processes.  

Responsibilities:

• Adapt Dynamic 365 in line with business process changes.
• Actively seek to make efficient improvements to existing processes using Dynamic 365.
• Customisation & configuration and work closely with developers to shape the technical landscape of D365 CE
• Build relationships throughout the business and work with stake holders to build system processes.

Experience:

• Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Experience in understanding business processes.
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills.
• Customisation and configuration of D365 CE

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + Benefits

Location

This role is hybrid with travel to the office in central London 3 days p/w
