Microsoft Dynamics CRM IT Support Analyst – REMOTE – Up to £36k Full Time Permanent

Pearson Carter are working with an established End User who are looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics CRM IT Support Applications Support Analyst to join their team in Southampton on a remote basis.

This exciting opportunity is looking for a Dynamics CRM experienced individual to join their Dynamics team, alongside a team of 700 employees.

Responsibilities

• 2nd line support role working with MS Stack and Dynamics
• Working alongside 1st line support
• Engagement with business analysts and developers

Experience

• Experience with Microsoft stack and DynamicsCRM
• 1st and 2nd line support experience
• Law and banking service desk experience is good to have (not essential)
• Great communication and customer service skills

Salary

They are offering a salary up to £36,000 including great benefits such as:

Location

The role is mostly remote with travel to their office in Southampton once a month
