Responsibilities:

- Manage ticket flow
- Manage user expectations
- Troubleshooting errors
- Produce user/support guides
- Assist with IT projects
Experience:
- Microsoft operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- PC Hardware/Configuration

They are offering salaries from £20,000-28,000
