Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-growing, tech-first SaaS company in the construction/project management space. Sydney based, they are leading digital transformation in the industry with a state-of-the-art platform already used by over 300,000 users, including major players.
They are looking to grow their team as they expand globally (including into the UK) and continue building out AI-driven capabilities within their product. They are looking for someone who can combine strong development skills with project/product responsibilities in a startup environment.
They offer a competitive salary of 120K–150K depending on experience strong growth opportunities in a scaling business.

Responsibilities:
Full-stack development (.NET & React)
Work across product/project management and BA activities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Contribute to AI-driven product development initiatives
Experience:
Strong .NET experience across your career (full stack with React)
Strong Azure experience (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps, CI/CD)
Experience working on complex SaaS platforms
Exposure to project management, BA work, or agile environments
Comfortable working in a startup and wearing multiple hats
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: 120,000–150,000 depending on experience.
Location
Sydney, Australia (flexible working environment)
