Job Title: NAV / Business Central Developer
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000

Overview:
A great opportunity for a skilled NAV / Business Central Developer to join a leading Microsoft Partner delivering custom Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and retail sectors. With operations in the UK, Spain, and the USA, the team is growing and looking for someone passionate about building innovative, scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain tailored NAV / Business Central solutions using AL, C/AL, and C#.NET

• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to gather business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose customisations

• Perform upgrades, system enhancements, and technical support across D365 BC environments

• Participate in client-facing tasks including installations, user training, and troubleshooting

• Ensure development aligns with best practices and project delivery goals

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics NAV / Business Central development

• Strong expertise in AL development and Extensions 2.0

• Confident working with C#.NET and SQL Server in an integrated environment

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage workload independently

• Clear communication skills and comfortable working within a collaborative, agile delivery team
