Responsibilities:

Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central

Deliver 1st & 2nd line support experience

Ability to think laterally, solve problems and yet be customer centric

Experience:

Must have Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central

Ticketing portal experience eg. Connectwise.

Knowledge on the Finance Principles.

Previous experience of Helpdesk Function.

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary package: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience! They also offer Benefits + home base flexibility.

Location:

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has got offices in Peterborough or Lisburn (Northern Ireland) where flexible work environment where working from home is possible.
