Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd line support
- Basic customizations and configurations
- Talk to and train users
Experience:
- Support experience OneDrive and SharePoint
- High level experience with O365
- Confident talking and training users
- Proven experience in an IT Support role
- Proven experience supporting key business applications
Salary
£34,000 per annum with amazing benefits
