Power Platform Consultant, £50K – West Midlands

Pearson Carter are excited to work with one of the biggest construction companies in the worlds looking to welcome a skilled Power Platform Consultant to their dynamic team in the heart of the West Midlands.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind an ambitious journey to modernises and elevate their operations through a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform digital transformation initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute the D365 CE digital transformation project.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless implementation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Oversee training efforts to ensure the team’s proficiency with the new systems.
• Monitor project risks and issues, providing innovative solutions to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) or similar CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of construction industry processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and navigate through challenges.
