Product Manager – £65,000

My client is looking for a Product Manager to join the team, where you will support the rapid growth in features and capabilities in the cloud-based SaaS platform.

They couple a cutting-edge learning experience platform, with continuously evolving relevant course products to enable remote continuous professional development and certification for educators in over 40,000 schools.

As the Product manager, you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the platform and its capabilities. You will facilitate across teams to deliver a high-quality solution against the product roadmaps and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Define in detail the requirements, scope, proposed development and testing for features defined in the roadmap
• Be the subject matter expert on product capabilities to support internal users of the platform
• Provide support towards the customer service team for issues that cannot be resolved directly
• Articulate product goals and objectives into user journeys, wireframes, user stories and specifications for the development teams
• Produce internal and external documentation on product capabilities and processes for other internal teams
• Define and manage the development backlog, balancing short term tactical whilst ensuring strategic goals are driven
• Create internal and external documentation on new and existing product capabilities

Experience:

• Strong technical skills and understanding of software development and delivery practices
• Credible experiences as a Product Owner, Product Lead, Product Manager or similar
• Demonstrable experience at managing SaaS subscription services
• Demonstrable experience with SaaS based products in EdTech space
• Ideally experience with API integrations with external systems
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Flexible and able to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced culture

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package of up to £65,000.
