Project Manager Team Lead – £70,000 – Remote 

An established Client is seeking a Project Manager Tam Lead on a permanent basis. An experienced Project Manager and Team Lead with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology, infrastructure, and business transformation projects within fast-paced environments. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Strong stakeholder management experience, working closely with senior leadership, vendors, and operational teams to align project objectives with business goals. Adept at resource planning, risk management, process improvement, and team development, with a collaborative leadership style that promotes high performance and continuous improvement. Experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

-Background in delivering, assisting and organising multiple projects and managing the implementation of Microsoft Business Central alongside the delivery teams.  
-Lead and manage Business Central implementation projects from initiation to completion.
-Define, manage and deliver projects within the agreed scope, timeline and budget.
-Create, maintain and update the project delivery plan.

Experience

-Must be partner background 
-5 years minimum experience in delivering Business Central/Dynamics NAV projects in Partner environment. 
-Excellent communication and customer management skills
-Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.

Salary

£65,000 – £70,000 Per annum

This role is fully home based
