QA Team Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a strong QA leader who can be a driving force within the team — someone who brings energy, structure, and a quality-first mindset to the way we build software.Based onsite in Palmerston North, you’ll work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. This role is heavily focused on software testing, with a mix of hands-on testing, test strategy, process improvement, and team leadership.You’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach quality across our platform — improving confidence in releases, strengthening testing practices, and helping teams move quickly without compromising reliability.  What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in software testing
• A hands-on approach with the ability to dive into testing when needed 
• Experience building or improving QA processes and testing frameworks 
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• The ability to identify risks early and drive practical solutions 
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across technical and non-technical teams
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on raising quality standards
