Remote Dynamic Knowledge Management Specialist – £3000 per month

Pearson Carter are working a provider for IT Service Providers. They primarily provide managed services and cloud computing providers to their clientele. They are looking for a Dynamic Knowledge Management Specialist to aid the continuous growth of the company.

Responsibilities

As a Knowledge Management Specialist your primary responsibility will be to maintain and elevate the company’s knowledge base. They’re seeking someone with expertise in Software Documentation, SaaS applications, and Learning Management Systems, someone who can champion efficient knowledge sharing across their organisation. This is a 3 Month fixed term contract.

Experience

• Understanding of SAAS (Software) is a plus.
• Experience using WordPress and Stonly.
• Prior experience in roles such as Implementation Consultant.
• Previous exposure to roles that required creative decision-making and project designing.
• Proven expertise in Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in Software Documentation, SaaS, and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong background in training delivery and content creation.
• Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of authors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate seamlessly with a global team.

Salary + Benefits

They offer an excellent payrate of up to £3000 per month.

Location

The company has an office based in Canada, however, they are looking for someone to work on a fully remote basis from the UK for 3 months (as per this contract).
