Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead – Chicago, IL – Up to 160K – Chicago, IL – Onsite 5 days a week

Job Overview:
We are expanding our Salesforce team to support enterprise-scale client projects. This is a high-priority, urgent role offering hands-on technical leadership and an opportunity to make an immediate impact on complex Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on development using APEX, LWC, and Salesforce integrations
• Execute quick Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate technical solutions
• Build and enhance custom Salesforce components
• Design and develop software components with a Service Oriented Architecture approach
• Define system landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions
• Support Salesforce org merges, data migration, and integration initiatives
• Coordinate closely with business and IT stakeholders
• Lead onsite–offshore technical design and delivery coordination
• Report regular project progress and ensure timely execution

Experience / Requirements:

• Senior-level Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead experience
• Salesforce technical certifications preferred (Sales, Service, Platform)
• Strong hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, integrations, and complex custom development
• Salesforce org merge, integration, and data migration expertise
• Proficiency in SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML
• Experience with Visualforce, Apex classes, Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, s-controls, Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows
• Programming experience in J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to lead offshore teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments

Salary / Package:

• 120,000 – 160,000 per year
