Senior Accountant | £45,000 | Southampton

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Top End User who specialise in providing corporate and funds services. They are currently in search of a Senior Fund Accountant who can carry out day-day accounting of the company’s fund structures alongside the Financial Reporting Manager.

For this role, you will be bookkeeping a range of management companies and liaising with clients to discuss funds, along with mentoring junior members.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeep funds and fund structures within the team.
• Assist with all accounting matters involving the preparation and reconciliation of reports and financial statements!
• Assist with bookkeeping transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Mentor junior fund accountants
• Liaise daily with clients on accounting matters.

Experience:

• Client management
• Mentorship experience
• ACA/ACCA qualification (Must have passed 6 or more of papers)
• Extensive bookkeeping management

Salary:

They are offering salaries up £40,000 along with health care packages, pensions and many more!

Location:

My client is based in Southampto, offering hybrid working.

2/3 x max in their office.
