Senior Application Support & Development Analyst

Pearson Carter a working with a leading UK provider of distance and digital education internationally, offering programs to 45,000 students in 190 countries around the world. Although proudly rooted in London, their community and impact are global.

Due to huge growth and on-going demand, they are seeking an ambitious Senior Support and Development analyst, to develop solutions and oversee 2nd and 3rd Line support.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in supporting Business Systems
• Experience with Unit4
• Advanced SQL and Excel Skills

Responsibilities:

• responsible for the support, maintenance, changes to and development of University Business Systems.
• issue resolution, change management, performance monitoring, application development and systems integration.

Salary:

Up to £58,000 DOE

Location:

Hybrid based in London (3x per week in office)
