Senior Business Analyst up to £50,000 Hybrid, Sheffield

Responsibilities:

• Identify, investigation, analyse and communicate complex business problems across complex projects and programmes of work.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Lead workshops and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs within products or services.
• Produce documentation to support projects and programmes of work.
• Lead analysis and information gathering for evidence based recommendations for improvements.

Experience:

• Experience of software development using Agile methodologies.
• Experience of conducting analysis, investigations and evidence gathering for business improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of leading discovery and alpha phase activities.
• Experience of improving business analysis practice.

Salary

They offer a salary package of up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Location

The client is based in Sheffield and they are looking for someone to be in office 2x per week.
