Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing End-User Company in the UK. They are looking to grow their team as they have. They are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join their team and assist them in the rapid growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead accountant for various fund structures within a team.
• Ensure that the financial records are accurate and complete.
• Manage and review the completion of audit queries.
• Managing a dynamic team of 6 staff to ensure an effective unit; 1:1, team up-skilling, training and guidance etc.
• Prepare financial reports, on a regular basis, according to statutory regulations and incorporate accounting policies.

Experience:

• Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE
• Knowledge: Understanding regulatory accounting principles and P&L analysis
• Microsoft Dynamics Experience is Critical
• Previous experience of at least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
• Excellent understanding of full accounting systems (including ERP systems), all management accounting
• month/year end procedure including balance sheet reconciliation and year end audits.
• Budgeting, forecasting and standard costing skills in a dynamic organisation.

Location

The successful candidate will need to be living in or surrounding the Grantham area as the role is office based.
