Senior Frontend Developer Full Time Permanent NEW

The successful candidate will join a leading business within the travel and tourism industry, who help their clients all over the world drive their business forward through the use of technology.

They are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help develop and test a programmes designed to measure the holistic digital footprint of a holiday destination.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and unit test applications and features based on functional requirements
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code
• Investigate and evaluate innovative design approaches
• Proactively integrate feedback from code reviews
• Manage standards and processes for agile delivery operations
• Work across various teams including Product Management, QA, other product lines and/or business units to drive results

Requirements:

• At least 6+ years’ experience in software design and development
• 6+ years HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience required
• 5+ years experience with web frameworks and the design and implementation of web-based architectures and SaaS platforms utilizing open source technologies
• Understanding SQL, query writing, and data manipulation a plus
• React, Redux, Node.js, JSON, and Bootstrap experience highly desirable
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Karma, Jasmine, Protractor) a plus
• Strong understanding and experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) required

Location:

Hybrid – 3x per week in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire

Salary:

Up to £55,000 depending on experience
