Senior IT Support Engineer – £45,000

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Do basic diagnosis for LAN networking issues
• Communicate effectively
• Customers walk customers installation of applications

Experience:

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows
• Strong knowledge on troubleshooting
• Support desk system experience
• Excellent communication skills

Salary

Up to £45,000 plus benefits
