Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior MECM L3 Engineer with extensive experience in MECM/SCCM administration, Windows device management, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize MECM infrastructure, integrate modern management solutions, and ensure compliance and security across enterprise endpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain MECM infrastructure, including primary/secondary site servers, distribution points, and SQL databases.
- Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components such as CAS, primary sites, distribution points, management points, software update points, CMG, and CMG connection points.
- Configure and optimize SCCM settings, roles, and features for efficient software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protection.
- Create and deploy OS images, task sequences, and application packages.
- Implement patching strategies for Windows and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot advanced MECM client and server issues.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor SCCM infrastructure performance, client health, software deployments, and compliance.
- Configure and manage Intune policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices; implement compliance, configuration, and app protection policies.
- Integrate Intune with MECM for co-management scenarios.
- Design and implement Windows Autopilot profiles for zero-touch provisioning and manage device enrollment/lifecycle through Autopilot and Intune.
- Ensure endpoint security with configuration baselines, BitLocker, and Defender policies.
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in MECM/SCCM architecture, administration, support, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SCCM architecture, including task sequences, site hierarchy design, role configuration, boundary groups, and content distribution.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD integration.
- Experience with Windows 11 deployment and lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM features such as software deployment, patch management, and OS deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and hybrid environments.

Bachelor of Computer Science
Salary/Package:
90,000 – 150,000 per year
