Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst – London Hybrid – £55K + Enhanced Holiday Leave!

Pearson Carter are collaborating with a prestigious UK Education provider who are searching for a Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst to support users across Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the Power Platform.

This international company are proudly rooted in central London and offer 40 days holiday + bank holidays!

Requirements for the Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst:

• Extensive experience providing 1st – 3rd Line IT Support
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience
• Power Platforms experience
• SQL and Excel experience

Responsibilities for the Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst role:

• Providing Support (mainly 2nd-3rd line) to a variety of different users
• Enhancing the functionalities of Microsoft 365
• Designing robust solutions that elevate productivity for the business.

Location:

This role is hybrid, with 2/3 days required a week in the central London office.

Salary/Benefits:
