The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer who can also operate in Project/Product Management capacities. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead technically while shaping product direction, implementing best practices, and helping the business scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development initiatives using .NET (backend) and React (frontend)
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Azure, including Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities
• Drive project management tasks, including sprint planning, standups, and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions
• Wear multiple hats in a startup environment – from coding to mentoring and operational support

Skills & Experience:

• Strong full-stack development experience in .NET and React
• Deep Azure expertise (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud architecture)
• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or product management within tech teams
• Comfortable working in startup or fast-paced environments where roles and priorities may shift
• Experience with complex SaaS products is advantageous (construction, fintech, or banking a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Salary: 120k–150k (depending on experience)
